If you feel like giving the whole Visual Studio 2008 and .NET 3.5 thing a try, but don't want to re-configure your system or install a bunch of programs? You can simply download this Visual Studio 2008 Rhythm Training Virtual PC (Windows Server 2003) from Microsoft. First make sure you download and install Virtual PC 2007, download the admittedly large image and run it. Make sure you have about 15 gigs of free space available for it though... After running and logging in with username administrator and password pass@word1 you are free to try out the VS2008, Office 2007 in all its glory. The image will work until march 8th.
